The regular City Council meeting is held on the second Monday of each month. Special City Council meetings may be held as the need arises. All City Council agendas are posted at least 72 hours prior to the meeting on the front window and back door of City Hall and also on this website:

Application forms are available at City Hall from the city secretary during normal business hours, except on holidays. Information about the various advisory boards as well as an online application can be found on the following webpage:

Information from the city may be obtained by filing a written request with the city secretary during normal business hours. Under the Texas Public Information Act, the city is required to provide the information as quickly as possible. If the information cannot be provided within 10 working days, the city must notify the applicant of the additional time required to complete the request. Please view the following webpage for additional information.

The online form under "E-Services>Online Forms" must be sent at least 14 days prior to the proposed date to the city manager The City Manager, Police Chief, Fire Chief and Public Works Director will review the request and make a determination.
